Job Location for TCS Recruitment 2023 - 

The candidates will work from home and work from office as well. It has hybrid work style. For work from office, the location will be Thane/ Mumbai/ Pune.

Responsibilities of International Voice Process/ Customer Service Associate (Voice Support) - 
  • Understanding and resolving the customer queries accurately
  • To ensure routing and escalating queries to correct department when required
  • To ensure CSAT target is met
  • The shift will be mostly night shift or early morning shift.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer service associate and international voice process posts, the payable salary will be Rs 19,800 - 29,160 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.

Age Limit - For this recruitment, candidate age must be at least 18 years. There is no upper age limit mentioned by TCS.
Educational Qualifications - The educational qualification details for this post is mentioned below.
  • Customer Service Associate/ International Voice Process - {12th pass or a graduate degree in any discipline}.

  • Excellent communicator
  • Excellent comprehending skills
  • Excellent communication skill in English.
Selection Method - For TCS recruitment, the candidate will be selected on the basis of shortlisting/ assessment test and telephonic or field interview. If a candidate is shortlisted according to their desired age and qualification, he/she will be intimated via registered mobile number or email id for further interview process.

Work Experience - Candidates must have at least nine months of experience in relevant field.
